Setting up, connecting and paying, in that order. Anything else goes to the bot.

Fitting the key takes about a minute: take the vless:// line the bot sent (or keep its QR code on screen), import it into your client, choose a location and switch on. If a fix below does not help, write to the bot and a person will pick it up.

The right client for each device

Android phones take v2rayNG or Hiddify. On an iPhone, use Streisand or V2Box. A Windows PC runs Hiddify or NekoRay, and a Mac runs Hiddify or V2Box. Every one is free, and any of them accepts the same key.

The client will not take the key

Check that the whole line came across: it starts with vless:// and runs to the end of the bot's message, and a key copied in part will not import. Scanning the QR code avoids the problem altogether.

It imports, but nothing connects

Try the location nearest to you, then a different one
On hotel, train or university Wi-Fi, switch to mobile data for a minute; if the key works there, the network is the cause
Request a replacement key in the bot; it is cut in a minute, free for as long as your plaque runs

Paying when the free days run out

The bot shows the four plaques. Choose one and pay once for the term inside Telegram; card details are never typed into this site, and no plaque renews by itself.
