Which one gives away least
If privacy is the worry, the card check and the mobile operator check reveal the least, because no picture of you or of your passport goes anywhere. Why a VPN does not make it go away
Many UK age checks are triggered by a British IP address, and they disappear when you connect through another country. This one does not. Moving an account to another region has consequences of its own for purchases and for payment methods, and we do not recommend it. For Xbox the honest advice is to verify once, using the least revealing method.
